We check usable detail after cropping and zooming: 1,800 pixels across the design is our minimum; 3,600 or more is recommended for artwork up to 12 inches wide. No minimum file size is required.

Uploading does not transfer ownership of your image. You give us and our printing partners permission to process it and produce your order. We will not use your photo in advertising without separate permission.
Upload & Content Policy
Only upload images and enter text that you have the right to reproduce on your chosen product. This includes any necessary copyright, trademark, and permissions relating to people pictured. Finding an image online or changing it with AI does not establish permission to print it.
We do not accept nudity, sexually explicit imagery, hateful content, threats, graphic violence, illegal content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. These rules apply to both images and custom text.
We reserve the right to reject content that violates this policy and to request evidence of permission. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of its content, we will contact you about a replacement image or cancellation and refund of the unfulfilled item.
Pixel checks estimate available image detail after cropping and zooming; they cannot detect every blur or artifact. AI enhancement does not guarantee print quality. Our current check uses a conservative reference of artwork up to 12 inches wide; final results depend on print size, the source image, and the garment.
