To help ensure a sharp, high-quality print, upload your highest-resolution original. JPG or PNG • Up to 20 MB. Avoid screenshots when the original is available. We check usable detail after cropping and zooming: 1,800 pixels across the design is our minimum; 3,600 or more is recommended for artwork up to 12 inches wide. No minimum file size is required.

4,800 pixels is a starting target, not a guarantee. Tight crops may need more pixels. AI can change faces and small details, so compare the result with your original. We will check the enhanced upload again. Only use an external tool you trust with your photo.

Uploading does not transfer ownership of your image. You give us and our printing partners permission to process it and produce your order. We will not use your photo in advertising without separate permission.

Upload & Content Policy

Only upload images and enter text that you have the right to reproduce on your chosen product. This includes any necessary copyright, trademark, and permissions relating to people pictured. Finding an image online or changing it with AI does not establish permission to print it.

We do not accept nudity, sexually explicit imagery, hateful content, threats, graphic violence, illegal content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. These rules apply to both images and custom text.

We reserve the right to reject content that violates this policy and to request evidence of permission. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of its content, we will contact you about a replacement image or cancellation and refund of the unfulfilled item.

Pixel checks estimate available image detail after cropping and zooming; they cannot detect every blur or artifact. AI enhancement does not guarantee print quality. Our current check uses a conservative reference of artwork up to 12 inches wide; final results depend on print size, the source image, and the garment.

How It Works

1. Choose your garment
Select the available T-shirt or sweatshirt style you want.

2. Choose your color and size
Pick your preferred garment color and size from the available options.

3. Enter your word or name
Tell us the word you want turned into your design — for example, a name, place, meaningful word, or short phrase.

4. Upload your photo
Upload the original, highest-quality version of the photo you want used inside the letters. Photos of family, pets, vacations, special places, celebrations, and meaningful moments can all work beautifully.

5. Place your order
Complete checkout normally. Your custom design work begins after your order is received.

6. We create your custom artwork
Your photo is carefully composed inside your chosen letters to create your personalized Shoval23 design. If there is a problem with the photo you submitted, we will contact you before moving forward.

7. Review your design proof
Before your custom item is printed, you will receive a digital proof of the finished design to review.

8. Approve your design
Once you approve the proof, your custom artwork is ready for production. If something needs to be adjusted, you can request a change before printing.

9. We print your custom item
After approval, your personalized design is submitted for printing on the garment, color, and size you selected.

10. Your order ships to you
Once production is complete, your finished custom Shoval23 item is shipped directly to the delivery address on your order.

For the Best Result

Please upload the highest-resolution original photo available rather than a screenshot or a photo downloaded from social media whenever possible. Some photos may not work well inside certain words or letter shapes. If we believe your image will not produce a good result, we will contact you before creating the final design.
